Summer Flounder Regs Announced
From Tom Fote from the Jersey Coast Anglers Association in an e-mail on March 5:
I got a call about the NJMFC (New Jersey Marine Fisheries Council) meeting and the vote was 5 to 4 with the southern member of the council going for the earlier season.
Summer flounder regulations for 2009:
18inch minimum size
6 fish bag limit
Season is May 23 to September 4
