An email from New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife:

Keri Mauger of Mohnton, PA, took the grand prize and Governor's Cup by catching a 36" bluefish at the Governor's Surf Fishing Tournament held May 20 at Island Beach State Park.

Fifteen other anglers were winners in several tournament categories.
