unfortunately....my entry has no good news to offer, the surf is lifeless unless you like sand sharks and skates.so , I opted for a fluke trip on a well known party boat out of pt.pleasant , the ocean conditions were unfishable and everyone went home empty handed.sadly , the crew of the boat were well aware of the conditions but took everyones money anyway,sinkers heavier than the avg. throw back fluke would not hold bottom'20 oz'thats 1 1/4 pound of lead folks !knowing the conditions ,they should not sail and take peoples money ,thats just bad business.
so back to the lifeless surf,that way if I catch nothing , i didnt have to pay $50.00 for nothing but a boat ride. |
