sadly ,my report is not the best ,for the past two month's , my girlfriend ,her two boy's ,my nephew and myself ,have fished the manasquan reservoir ,using everything from live night crawlers ,to live killies and shiners not to mention every lure in the arsenal ,there has been NOTHING but blue gills and baby bass ,the kids kept some of the bluegills and while cleaning them ,noticed they are full of red worms..has anyone out there had any kind of luck at this location ? no sign of hybrid stripers ,pike ,muskies or bass larger than 8 inches ,not to mention bottom fishing up to 5 hours and no channel cats either...its been lifeless for some reason but maybe the cooler weather will bring changes..we hope !
