Inshore/Offshore
Fall fishing continues at its best. We boated giant porgies, and giant sea
bass to 6 bls we had to release (Nov 1 season reopens, inshore & offshore
too 6 lbs we had to release (Nov 1 season opens), bluefish, tuna, dolphin fish,
stripers and blackfish. I have added a bunch of OPEN trips and switched some.
OPEN BOAT LAST LADY II: 7am-3pm BLACKFISH, OPENING DAY, Nov 16, also 20 &
27. STRIPERS/SEABASS, 5AM LEAVE, NOV 6, a few spots left. OPEN BOAT LAST
LADY: BLACKFISH, we are catching them very good right now, looking forward
to opening day. Opening day Nov 16, boat full. Other trips added as of now: Nov
20, 5 spots left, Nov 27, Dec 4, 11, 18, 23 (5 spots left). Will add more dates.
COD/POLLACK, yesterday's trip was a fair trip, not really up to what I expected.
We caught over 20 cods to 12 to 15 lbs. Did not hit a couple of wrecks that I
know are holding big fish (afraid of weekend warriors). The wreck we had the
best results on we had to contend with a real idiot with no class--we could have
passed food to his boat as he was drifting by us--one of the reasons I hate
fishing for certain species on the weekends. Open trip on Nov 8th moved to NOV
23, 3AM. SEABASS/PORGIES/ BLACKFISH, 6am leave. Catching big porgies, giant
seabass in 20ft to 200ft, inshore and offshore, before Nov 16 one
blackfish/person, Nov 8 (was a scheduled cod trip), Nov 13 (4 spots left). If
stripers are around we will target them also. AVAILABLE DAILY FOR FULL BOAT
