Email: dave smith Inshore Although the party boats I have been on this year did do a great job overall I still do not understand why deck hands still gaff every fish caught.It seems needless to ultimately kill these fish. this included stipers which i voiced with poor reception, gaffing what were ultimtely short fish that were released and I assumed met their death soon after release. needless in my opinion and seemingly thoughtless by those who make a living off of the bounty of the sea.
