Took Mr. Singh fishing at Carnegie Lake on Wednesday 1/11/2006. He caught and released a white perch and yellow perch in the Millstone River with a small chartreuse jig. I caught and released 8 white perch, 1 yellow perch and 1 gizzard shad on small jigs in the lake. Water temperature was 42.4 degrees and no fishermen were there in the rain. An adult bald eagle flew over my head very low. Saw 1 fish swirl. There was a lot of floating debris there. All of the fish were very small < 7" and hit on the bottom.
